Principal Talent Manager & CEO
​Peter Q. Nguyen, is a Hollywood-based talent manager who advocates for ethical, transparent, and holistic talent representation. He began his career at the Screen Actors Guild, where he led the historic 2000 commercials strike to secure residuals for actors, and later transitioned into talent management to work closely with individual artists.

Peter uses his background in labor and employment law, contract negotiation, and public relations to guide clients strategically—particularly on evolving industry issues like AI and image rights, licensing, and profit-sharing. He emphasizes core values such as empowering clients to be “CEOs of their careers,” maintaining integrity, and supporting personal well-being alongside professional development.
